EDUCATIONAL WING:

Pukar Foundation has established Educational Wing for betterment of quality education and keeps vigilance to violation of many schools.

Education Wing does work particularly in condition that any school or educational institution is violated the prescribed the existing laws.

Parents of children can lodge complain against the school/institution administration and Pukar Foundation will forward that complain to the concerned department for necessary action.

If the Authorities were not provide the relief to the affected person the Foundation pass on the matter for legal proceeding against the eligibility of the authorities and file the petition in Hon able Court under the Article of 199 of The Constitution of Pakistan 1973.

This form may be used to submit an administrative complaint to resolve an alleged violation (s) of private schools that may result in an improper identification or evaluation of a student, or the improper determination of the eligibility or placement of a student, or that may deny the provision of appropriate public education to a student under the prescribed rules and regulation of private schools. You must file an administrative complaint regarding an alleged violation that occurred not more than one year prior to the date.

Under existing law, a parent can raise issues alleging that a public/private school has violated a requirement of regulations (that may result in an improper identification or evaluation of a student, or the improper determination of the eligibility or placement of a student, or that may deny the provision of appropriate public education). If you have a complaint, please describe it completely and accurately on the following pages. Attach additional pages if necessary. Remember, it is important that you describe any issue that you wish to have addressed by the investigation, and the facts that you feel support your position. If you do not describe the issue, you will not be able to raise it during the investigation. Focus on the issues that genuinely have had an adverse effect on the student’s ability to receive meaningful educational benefit. You must file an administrative complaint regarding an alleged violation that occurred not more than one year prior to the date that the complaint is received by us. You may submit additional supporting information, either orally or in writing, about the allegations in your complaint. This information may be included with your complaint or submitted later.

Note: If you feel hurdles to fulfill the form requirement regarding complain then feel free to contact the duty staff of Pukar Foundation to lodge the verbal complaint. The written formality will be furnished by the Duty Staff with consulting your views.

You may also file a complaint regarding provisions of private school by forwarding the written complaint to the Director Sindh Private Schools Management.
