HELP LINE PROJECT:

Pukar Foundation is first aim to provide the basic acknowledgement and proper legal guidance to the deprived peoples specially women and children. In order to accomplished the target the Pukar Foundation has established the Help Line Project for the helpless humanity so that the victimized peoples could share their troubles regarding the abuse, harassment, domestic torture and lodge the complaint to the organization so that organization can decide the way of remedy to them.

First step of organization to provide the remedy to victims is give the encouragement and sympathy

Pukar Foundation, first of all give the encouragement and sympathy to the victims so that they can rehabilitate and reinstate themselves. After listen complain the attendant of Pukar Foundation on phone takes contact number and address of complainer and forward that complain to the legal cell of the organization.

Thereafter, the legal cell makes the advice as priority base and contacts to the victims and in case of necessity calls them in the office. If the victim was not able to move the legal preceding itself the staff member of Pukar Foundation moves accompanied him/her.

The recently timing of the helpline cell is 9am. to 9pm. daily, but it would be enhance of round o clock basis as soon as possible.
